We had a great meal today. Luckily we went online and booked a table so that our waiting time was not too long. They are obviously short-handed and did the best that was given to them the amount of cartridges. We heard a lot when the hostess gave some others the expected waiting time. What do you expect if you want to see help signs outside, an almost full parking space and a full waiting area? Some people are ignorant of their environment and/or others. Okay, to the meal. Our waitress, I think Shannon was her name, was great. She was polite and took her time with us who reassuring in the face of the hectic atmosphere. She kept our drinks full and took our meals. My wife had the chicken and I had steak and shrimp. My whole meal was delicious. The only mistake was the brussel sprout; they were a little too sweet for my pleasure, but I polished them anyway. The lava cakes and strawberry cakes were very delicious.
We love Long Horns. This place was just as great as the rest. I can't remember the young lady who served us, Emily? It felt like a family member served us. I have the 7 pepper steak salad and it was really good. I usually get the steaks, but I thought this time I'd go a little easier. I'd get the steak the next time without all the green stuff. Everyone was happy with his shrub.
