I recently ordered delivery from Kevin at Park Deli and used the PDF menu on their website to choose my items. Before we concluded the call, I asked Kevin for the total cost, and he promised to send me an email with the details. However, when I received the emailed receipt, I realized I was charged more than the prices listed on the website. I contacted Kevin to request a refund for the excess charges, but he told me that prices had gone up. This is simply unacceptable. As a local customer who has frequented the deli many times and recommended it to friends, I made my order based on the published prices. I will not be returning to Park Deli, nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
Love this place so much! Food is always great! Service is amazing. I remember I was there one day and it started raining really heavily and I was only wearing a dress. It might have been the owner- but I?m not sure, he took me through the back which is where my car was closer to so I had a shorter trip to the car. I stood in the doorway getting ready to make a run for it and then he had a younger man walk me to my car with an umbrella. Thank you to whoever those two men were! You guys are great people!
Park deli is the best of port Chester ! I've been coming here since I was a kid but the reason I can't give 5 stars is because it always so sad when you spend 2 hours trying to get a hold of your fave spot to just place the order. I called about 56 times and still have yet to reach someone. It's a big turn off and upsetting when I crave something and have to go somewhere that won't be as good.

It?s Christmas Eve, I called to make to see if we can order a tray of food. This lady was so rude who picked up the phone instead of being polite:She was not professional at all. The place is been on our town long enough for them to be able to get out of there own heads and race. Port Chester is multicultural.
I tried this deli for the first time, and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken cutlets were delicious, the bread was fresh, and you could really taste the love that went into it. I devoured my sandwich so quickly that I didn’t even have time to snap a picture. It's definitely a place worth visiting!
This restaurant serves some of the finest picnic salads, Italian dishes, and sandwiches you can find. The quality of their meats is excellent, and they are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend their breakfast sandwich, which includes a fried egg, provolone cheese, bacon, and long hots!
We needed to cater to a group of eight, with some people craving bread and others steering clear of carbs. The deli had an excellent selection of both hot and cold dishes that everyone enjoyed. The tuna salad and long hot peppers were especially liked and vanished in no time!

I've been visiting Park Deli for 12 years, and nothing compares to their food and customer service. Kevin, Paul, and Tony are outstanding!
