On 3/30 our party of 4 went to see the hypnotist show. Show was good, content and value. We have been here a few times recently and I order the lobotomy each time. I drink one, it’s enough and I go home. Tonight I informed the waitress that the lobotomy tasted purely like a fruit drink; nothing else. It wasn’t a complaint as much as it was information. She failed in customer service when she never expressed an apology. Service recovery #1. Instead she stated “It’s the same guy that makes them, I will let him know.” Dismissive approach shows lack of training. Service industry persons needs patrons that tip. And tip well. Good service (not just delivery of items) gets you great tips.
