Dayummmmmm, this place is so good, I can't. We ordered 8 empanadas; 3 breakfast, spicy black bean, 2 sofritas, pizza, and apple. We also got a caprese sandwich. The black bean and apple were so bomb. The caprese... the mozzarella was so fresh it was creamy. Every time we pass through Monrovia, we are stopping in. Parking was terrible, but aside from that, it was the most delicious lunch I have had in a while. 10 stars!!!!!!!!!! Didn't take any pictures because the second it hit the table, they were gone. Poof!
The food is fantastic, but they are quite stingy with the birria consomme. The atmosphere is lacking. It might be challenging for individuals with disabilities to enter since there is a step at the narrow front door, and the side entrance is congested with parked cars in their small lot. Wheelchair accessibility is questionable when using the side door.
This is a fantastic place, and I definitely plan to return. I tried the chorizo, egg, and potato empanada, as well as the spicy black bean empanada. Both were packed with flavor, and the hot sauce served alongside adds a nice kick.
Good was spot-on. Service was fantastic. The place is small, but they do empanadas great! I need to try their Choripan!! Love that they serve that! Overall, It's not cheap, but it is quality.

I love love empanadas with chimuchuri sauce! These were some of the best I've had. Their bread pudding was also very good. We can't wait to go back for more empanadas and flan!
My wife is from Argentina, and when she took a bite of the Choripan, her eyes lit up with joy. Seeing her happy makes me happy too. This place is the real deal!
