Bijou small and unique The Lorraine Bath is the smallest public bath in Bern and is probably only so popular as a starting point for a swim in the Aare River. The pool in the pool is rather uncomfortable because the water is cloudy and usually too cold. The bottle entry with stairs is most used by children who like to play there with a little influence. There are several lying areas, but they quickly seem overcrowded. The restaurant in the Lorrainebad is very popular. There are green salads, hamburgers, nuggets and drinks here. There are lots of comfortable seating areas right next to the pool, some on the bridge over the pool! There are many showers and toilets here. For the very little ones there is a small swimming pool with a playground. Swimming in the Aare is particularly popular here because the Aare flows more slowly. A tip for winter: In the cold season there is an open air sauna in yurts. Hard core people can cool off in the cold Aare or in the pool!

Considering the hot temperatures that week, a chance to cool off in such a beautiful setting was awesome

The Badi is not that attractive but the Aare is super refreshing!
