Do take time to search out this restaurant in Briones La Rioja. Tucked away on a street at the edge of the old town, Los 4 Arcos offers a very delicious and satisfying 3 course meal for 12 Euros. We arrived first at 13:00 but it soon filled up with locals. There were about 6 choices in each course and all looked delicious. We had the potatoes Rioja and salad, then the stewed veal and pork cutlet, for dessert a coffee flan that was incredible. The food was very flavourful and cooked with care. The house vino Tinto was great as was the macchiato. We highly recommend eating here.
