finally tried the new las arcos and liked what they did to the building. The food was good and came out quickly but it took us ten minutes and 3 people later to get napkins. My daughter's drink spilled on the floor and they never brought us anything to clean it up with and we asked 3 workers.. We had to use our napkins to clean on the table and when they brought them we got 2 and there's 3 at the table. We had to direct people away from the river creeping into the isle way . This was the first time we had went to Los Arcos in a couple of years. Was nothing to their account, just the fact that we hadn't been in the area and wanted Mexican food. They have remodeled since we had last visited. The new parking lot and setup looks nice. Bad thing is there is not a good way to access the front door unless you park in the new parking lot. We decided to stop by after church. The wait wasn't long for the 4 of us (we went recently with a party of 9 and there was very little wait as well) with the restaurant being quite busy. A big Thank you to Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant! This past Saturday we had the pleasure of hosting 28 out of town guests for a special event, and we knew right where to take them- our favorite spot! From the moment we stepped in the VIP room, we knew we had made the right choice! The evening was perfect! Every dish arrived at the same time (amazing), the staff was on top of refills (water, chips, salsa and drink orders). Very nice clean restaurant with a bar. Waited to be seated for a few minutes. Place wasn’t busy and no one was around to acknowledge me. After being seated drink, chips and salsa were brought promptly. Waitress went back to rolling silverware for quite some time before checking back with me to place my order. Salsa tasted like soap from too much cilantro. Food came out fairly quick and was hot. Beef was flavored well and the chili sauce had a good flavor as well. Rice had vegetables in it that seemed like they were freeze dried because the peas and carrots were hard and pasty. Decently priced plates but some things could use improvement.

Amazing food, beverage list and menu. The atmosphere is authentic, the service and staff are very attentive and eager to please. The menu is extensive. If you order guacamole it is prepared fresh, and at your table. The taco chips arrive warm. The food comes from the kitchen steaming on a heated plate and it is truly gourmet Mexican. See the photo of my Camarones al Pacifico. A dozen shrimp, fresh avocado and pico de galló and rice.OMG, so delicious.
I ordered the fried shrimp tacos, why in the hell was the shrimps popcorn shrimps from Walmart! Canned pineapples for the topping and just chopped purple lettuce. Onto of that the veggies in the fajitas wasn't even cooked! They gave me only three tortilla wraps that was hard as heck. THIS PLACE IS SELLING FAKE PROCESSED FOOD AS FRESH FOOD! Then had the nerve to charge me a gratuity for take out! I will not ever eat here again!
They have the best bartender! If you ask for Ivone, you won't regret it—try the parcha margarita!
