Este fin de semana estuve con la familia en Burgos. Vi este lugar desde lejos y me dio cómo se montaba la fachada. Entré y encontré un lugar acogedor, hermoso, limpio, agradable y, digamos familiar, en lugar de pequeño. la zona de jamón olía maravilloso. Una de mis hijas no abandonó esa zona. la costilla roja es lisa y está a 1.90 eur. Tengo que charlar. Me aproveché de ella y compré jamón, presa y picos. ciertamente un lugar para añadir en la ruta del vino por burros.
