Everyone from the hostesses, to the bartenders, and waiters are absolutely phenomenal people. They greet you with the warmest smiles and strive to ensure that you have the most pleasurable dining experience as possible. There were a few mistakes with the order—some items were incorrect, and the prices felt a bit high for what we received. Probably just first-world problems, though. One of our party ordered a mango margarita, but the server brought a completely different cocktail instead and explained later that they didn’t have the original drink. Instead, they offered a spicy cucumber jalapeño concoction without checking if that would be acceptable. THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN SONOMA COUNTY!!!! I will admit that I am a Mexican food snob, and this is the best fresh food and fast service. I kid you not, there have been times where I am eating at this restaurant 3 days week! The staff are amazing and so sweet Mariela is AMAZING! If you eat here, request her as your server, as you will NOT be disappointed! You MUST try their margarita flights the flavors change every week, and everything is made in house. What's going on with the Mexican Restaurants here in Northern Cali!??? The customer service was the best part, the food, not authentic and not the best. The salmon didn't have the best flavor, beans were cold and the rice was OK. The salsa was decent, seating arrangement outside with an uncomfortable table and flies all over our food. The appetizer was way too spicy, more spice than flavor.
This is a lovely local spot with fantastic food at a great price. There's plenty of outdoor seating, although it can get a bit noisy. Each meal comes with three generous portions of salsa and chips, which is a nice touch. I really enjoyed the tortilla soup and the vegetarian tostada. I'm definitely planning to return! Plus, there's a parking lot in the back.
Despite the rude hostess, the food and drinks were fantastic. I highly recommend the margarita sampler; it’s a great way to experience a variety of flavors in one go. The Molly enchiladas are a must-try, and the ceviche was quite delicious. One person in our group ordered the poblano steak salad, and it looked fresh and appetizing.
