Los Tres Chiles Mexican

There was a group of 12 of us that went. We had never been to this place before..my sister in law found it as she was scrolling through her phone. The place itself was decorated beautifully, but above all else, the employees were absolutely so attentive to our needs, moving tables around to accommodate our party! We ordered our food drinks that were all made to perfection!! We had a variety of food, Chimichangas, Flautas, Pozole, Tamales, Enchiladas.... everything was AWESOME!! The employees were so, so sweet, even singing Happy Birthday to our sister, bringing out a birthday hat with a ice cream sundae candle!! We are not from this area, but we will definitely be back to this welcoming plac...

Excellent! Tasty food in a family-run restaurant tucked away in a strip mall in southeast Santa Rosa. The restaurant is bright and cheery. It is so good that even though it's probably mostly a neighborhood place, we came from the next town to dine here. Pozole is wonderful, full of pork and hominy and unlike a lot of places which only serve this rich stew on weekends, Los Tres Chiles has it every day (except Monday when they are closed). Their enchiladas are also excellent and generously filled. The chips placed on the table as you arrive come with not only salsa but warm refried beans. On weekends, corn and flour tortillas are made fresh in the courtyard. We will.have to return to see that!...

I ordered through Uber Eats, and I met the driver at my door, and the food was actually cold. Not kind of, but really cold. Also, I ordered 8oz of their salsa, and requested extra chips to go with that, but did not receive that. My usual order was 1/3 of the size tonight. I have been ordering from them once a week for a few months now, and I will not order from them again, which is unfortunate because I thought the service and value was great… for a while there it was. I feel that paying a premium for delivery should make them get it right, but I have just learned the hard way that it doesn’t.

We have order from them for years and we no longer will as their customer service is atrocious. They can’t get an order right? They don’t listen when they take the order so this is our last time there. I normally will support all local businesses but I’m not gonna support there’s any more worst food I’ve had in a long time you

The new floor and paint is a bright and cheerful addition. I'm glad they kept our favorite booths. The food is so good and the family and staff are so nice. I had the Chile Verde with Flour Tortillas and the tender pork in the Verde sauce is AWESOME!

Great restaurant, staff is very friendly and happy to help. Food is amazing. They greet you with chips, salsa and delicious bean dip. There guacamole is perfect. Had carnitas plate and it was perfect. Crispy pork, great rice.

It was the best Mexican food and I loved the fresh guacamole and the chips are fresh. The service was excellent very friendly waitress. I will be returning and have those guacamole and chips.

large free parking. the hotel is located in the safeway and dollar tree plaza. there are many indoor and outdoor kitchens. we were warmly welcomed and sitting.

we could sit quickly on a Friday night. we were a little disappointed at the small guacamole plate they offered. their chips and salsa.
