Booked a table for 10 for Brunch today (Saturday) always very busy and booked in advance. The whole day menu was more brunch than lunch, but great choice for all diets. Eating was all freshly cooked and nicely served in good time. The staff were friendly and attentive, but started clear records when others still eat,rude! Dog friendly a real bonus and many people wait for a table always a good sign. The Chi Latte were amazing! A few problems were not glasses and not enough cutlery, but soon resolved. Work at £25 a head for brunch and a drink. Recommended to be back with definitely .
A lovely relaxed place to have high quality chef led cafe food. I went there with my daughter for breakfast, we both had the Butcher breakfast. This is not a greasy spoon, but a high end offering of two perfectly poached eggs, roasted cherry tomatoes (deliciously sweet) and mushrooms (gorgeous flavour) on sourdough toast topped off with crisp streaky bacon and a sausage, all locally sourced. For drinks we had freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. The atmosphere was super chilled out and the service was excellent. Highly recommended. We will be back.
There are cafes and cafes. Lost is a level above anywhere else in The Lanes. You can tell the meals will be quality from the care taken with the design. Well lit with friendly trained and cafe traditional black Tshirts. You can hear the noise but hear each other comfortably. An open kitchen at the rear of the cafe highlights the kitchen skills and keeps them honest. Simple for everyone type menu. A pleasant experience all round. And one of the best I’ve had on my visit to England.
This is an amazing place for brunch. The dishes were so flavorful and we experienced tastes like never before. It’s also a great place for coffee. Has sockets so you can charge your deceives and study/work there if you want. Staff is very friendly and approachable. Very modern but cozy place! One of the best in Brighton!

Absolutely loved this place! A true hidden gem in the lanes. The food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Servers are attentive and friendly. The banana bread was presented so beautifully that you would feel guilty for digging in! Freshly baked goods on display at the cake bar on entrance. Would go back!
Magnificent place for brunch. The menu is interesting and varied, and the food is equally impressive when it comes. My French toast was so pretily presented that it was almost a shame to eat it! The staff is incredibly friendly and charming. Our most beautiful experience from a few days in Brighton.
One of the best brunches I 've ever had. Visited this spot on a weekend trip for Saturday brunch. I ordered the pork with black bean and my partner got their 'beans on toast '. Got the crispy potatoes with salsa as a side which is a must. Good coffee as well- highly recommend.
AMAZING!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would for sure! I can’t get over this breakfast. It is perfectly cooked, spiced, mixed and presented. It is no doubts the best veggie breakfast I had in England so far! And the french toast? OMG

Delicious French toast with grilled peach yogurt, however, was sheep milk, not according to my taste. I hope they add this detail to the next menu print run. Coffee and ABI perfect!
This place is exceptional! The cook is a genius. We were immediately received by Natalie and the staff. Breakfast was just the best we had. We had to go back a second day!
