Lotus Chinese Kitchen

This is the best Chinese restaurant for the value south of NYC and west of the Mississippi. I'm a southern boy raised in Manhattan and learned to love Chinese food. These people know what they are doing. The only thing I wished for was steamed vegetable dumplings, hint hint: A

I think the previous review of Worst Food is totally unfair. Lotus may not be the best food but it is certainly good food at a very reasonable price. I eat there at least once a month and have done so for many years. They are closed on Mondays only.

Me and my wife have been going there for years. Very good Chinese food, fair prices and friendly atmosphere. The owners greet you by name when you walk-in. Local people know Lotus has the best Chinese food in town.

Without question, this restaurant has the best tasting veggie eggrolls. You must order the hot sauce as well. This is not a sit down place, but for take-out food it is recommended.
