Lou Malnati's - Lincolnwood

I want to be as respectful as possible so anyone who views this review understands my issues with this restaurant. Issue #1: Wait times. We were told our pizzas (2) would be ready within 30-35 minutes. We waited 55 minutes before we were given our pizzas, and with no updates throughout, something which I will get to later. Issue #2: The food quality. When we finally did recieve our pizzas, they were undercooked, and lacked any flavor. The crusts were non-existent, and the sauce was extremely minimal and lacked any flavor as well. We had to resort to using loads of ranch and other extra seasonings that we were given. If i order a pizza on your website, and i check the box that says cut that means im paying yall to cut my pizza. I ordered a cut half baked pizza. I did not receive what i ordered. I had to go back and explain to these grown adults that i didnt receive what i ordered and they made a decision for me that cutting the pizza would effect the quality 1. Everybody knows yall made that up so yall aint gotta cut pizzas. Its not true, the pizza tastes the same if you cut it or dont cut it. 2. Great Chicago Pizza. If you've never had Chicago pizza, this is a great place to go. Service is a little short and inattentive, but not rude. Good Intalinate atmosphere. Not insanly expensive, about 25 for a decent size pizza. Réservez une table maintenant

I love the pizza, and it's always on point. ? Whenever I'm in town, one of my go-to places is definitely Lou Malnati's Pizzeria. ? Even when I'm out of town, I order from the website and have them delivered. ?

Best pizza i had in chicago!!!! Our waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is super cool!! The walls are covered in baseball/chicago history!!!

Dined in with a large group. Staff was organized, friendly, kind and prompt. Food was delicious and great atmosphere. Not busy (mid-day).

Love this place, buy today for the 1st time got thin crust sausage and it wasn't very good. Deep dish is the way to go from now on Réservez une table maintenant
