Wings were great. Overall food and drinks were great. The reason for the 2 stars was service; very slow. Inactive to the customer. I literally had to ask host to seat me elsewhere to get serviced. I came to enjoy a night with a few drinks, ended up having 1 drink because the service was so slow. I stayed about 30 minutes too long because of the time for servers to get back to me. Needs improvement, or new management staff. Restaurant was more than half empty and still non-attentive to customers.
I visited this restaurant yesterday with my partner and some family members for Sunday football. We were promptly seated, which immediately impressed me, especially since it was a football Sunday. The staff asked us which games we were interested in and seated us accordingly. The food and drinks were excellent, and our server was very accommodating about the 8-Mimosa limit for bottomless drinks.
Great drinks, delicious food, and terrible bartenders. Bartenders overcharge and forget orders/drinks. Also, the staff seems to not know their own menu. The company ?bar Louie? itself is good but the employees at this location are terrible. I?ve beenduring brunch to closing and they are all the same! Maybe it?s the managers? Go at your own risk. And remember to double checkyour tab/check.
Came here yesterday with the lady and some family members for Sunday football. We were quickly seated which automatically made me like this place especially for being a football Sunday. Love coming to this place! Always has the best vibes. The food and drinks are fire! Have to shout out Briana. She is such an awesome bartender. She is very attentive and friendly. Her drinks are the best! If you want to a good drink and a greatexperience, go to her! You won?t be disappointed.
Great customer service. Order the Crunchy Tasteful nachos for your group, plenty to go around. Loaded Tots are everything but loaded. All we received were tatar tots sprinkle with bacon bits and green onions. Skip the Loaded Tots.
Took LONG to even know who my server was. We are older than the typical crowd so we were overlooked by all staff. Food was pretty hot. Nachos were tasty. 805 was on point. Very nice place even though it can be LOUD in the pm.
Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, fantastic food, a wonderful atmosphere, and unique but delicious drinks. I highly recommend this place for any occasion.
