We had cappuccinos that were superb. The clams oreganata were outstanding, with perfectly balanced flavors—nothing overwhelming. The calamari was also spot-on; the breading was light, not greasy or crumbly. I thoroughly enjoyed the cavatelli with meat sauce as well. I ordered the chicken and mozzarella panini, which was delicious, but oddly, it wasn’t as hot as the other dishes and the red peppers inside were cold. If you plan on paying with cash, I highly recommend this place!
Rude owner who refuses to make good on spoiled food. Dirty kitchen, poor service. This place is nothing special and I'm surprised it's still in business. It's named for the owner's father who is probably not proud of that.
Not bad! Not amazing, but the food always seems fresh. We've dined in and taken food to go many times, and it's always consistent. A great little neighborhood spot!

Pizza is well made without a crazy amount of sauce and cheese. Isn't too oily. Buffalo slice has a nice kick that isn't overly powerful.
Love coming here. We moved from Garden City to Queens and still take the drive a couple of times a week.
