New resident to the neighborhood, so I was keen to find a great local sandwich joint...and I'm still looking. The good news was that the tuna melt was edible; decent. The burger tasted like it came from a patty frozen too long; similar for the fries. I can't comment on my deviled eggs, since they got left out of the bag. Oh, another bright spot; the cashier was friendly, and upon calling about my lost deviled eggs, the nice lady said she'd put me on the list for a replacement (after checking my receipt over the phone).They're a Deli, so maybe I should have ordered more deli-ish things.
This deli has fell all the way off okay!!!!! Sandwich little as hell for 15 dollars lol. Could have Made 20 sandwiches for this price!!!!Then two deviled eggs cut in half was 5 dollars !!! They stayed right in that clear glass! I prayed to god that the hands that prepared my food were clean it was too many people in the kitchen area in the front !!!! This place is a RIPOFF NEVER AGAIN!!! This sandwich will not fill a 8 year old up 06/23/2023 is when I was here !!!!!
This location has fallen off significantly.The cashier’s are rude, blatantly sarcastic and unprofessional. They definitely some old, washed-up hater’s. Looking like Theresa’s Bar Finest. SmhI suggest increasing the rate of pay to higher more qualified workers! Also the cornbeef quality just isn’t the same as back in the day. Don’t even waste your time nor money you will be disappointed! Their ratings must be wrong because the food is trash now.
Went last night, was a small fire in garbage can outside, service was ok, food was horrible(corn beef $12.5, cheese $1.5, onion roll .90(bread was thick and not toasted), French fries ok but $5.50 and cup wasn't even full, cake was old(that's why they had icing on it) i paid over $40 for pure trash, I have had better from the coney.

The guy that answered the phone was very patient. I changed my order at least three times. He was wonderful. I order once a week and I wish that he would answer the phone every single time. Excellent customer service. He was very polite and patient. I placed an order on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 3:15.

Okay, as with everything the price has went up (has been for some time now) and the sandwich seems smaller. I will be rethinking on buying anymore corn beef sandwich for a while. Lou's deli still by far is the BEST place to get a sandwich.
The server Made sure my order was right gave loads of corn beef and food was nice and hot, cheese was melted l could go on. Lou's Deli good for your Belly ? Delicious!!!

Love Lous but today the bread seemed like it had been microwaved. Looking at the reviews this will probably go unnoticed as the rest.
