I edit Super-A, an online fitness magazine for people over 40. I like to talk about everything fitness. next to writing about fitness, I also travel the world teaching fitness and yoga (senior yoga teacher). I love smoothies, but not many people know how to make them good, even if you give certain instructions. my visit to the love fit cafe was an excellent experience, greeted by friendly staff. above all my waitress ambra, who carefully noticed my special ingredients requirements for my customized Super A smoothie. I found out later that she did it for me too. it was perfect. they have the recipe now, so they should try it for themselves. or choose something else from their excellent menu.
I love this place and I love Lauren! Visiting from London today and I was looking for a place to grab breakfast between the train station and the beach. LoveFit is just a few hundred metres from Brighton train station and what a find. The...full English breakfast was the best I’ve eaten for a long time and the outside terrace a delight. Our waitress Lauren looked after us and was so helpful and super chirpy. The place has a great vibe and the food and drinks were delicious.. This place is a must ffpr anyone visiting Brighton.
day trip to Brighton.straight from the train station. as we went down the hill and see that a few steps from the train station. the first good looking caffe was that. so kind. big interior and real clean and...tidy so we ordered the complete breakfast and caffè latte with caramel. it didn't disappoint us. deliciously tasty and we felt like we couldn't go, it was so full. even the toilet was so clean nice friendly staff. 100% back x
loves this caffe. it is professional running, clean friendly and has a great atmosphere. coffee to die for a very good menu. directly from the train station and from the local to the shopping center. I'd recommend it if it's over.

clean and friendly caffe and not too full. beautiful ambiente with many regular customers. great selection for the whole family from vegan and vegetarian to blt and pfann cake as well as delicious fresh juices and smoothies.
Very friendly and good service at this coffee shop, good coffee, good snacks too and you can eat inside or outside at a fair price. Nothing to not like.
It's good but the food is exceedingly expensive. If you want a coffee shop that also sells protein shakes etc, this is your place.
Came in here the other day for breakfastThey have a lot to offer in terms of food, and it's all quite diverse.
