Went to LOVER tonight. Considering the reviews, we were very underwhelmed. Order 2 cocktails. The Albert Park was very sweet and got quite sickly. The Yuzu sour didn't taste like Yuzu at all and was a dark reddish purple colour. The table next to us ordered one near the end of our meal and it was a completely different colour, light orange. Someone stuffed up one of them and I think it was ours.We ordered the flathead ceviche which had about 2 teaspoons of fish on it. Flavour was nice but super small. please do you like one and come to lover to taste their maple glazed beet shell. it sits on a bed of Laek pistachios with pistachios, with a raspberry vinaigrette and grana padano and I can not stop obsessing about it. “We have dined with lovers and in love with the incredible service and the care of one of the workers anna was so amazing for us all the night, asking to explain the meal times and always check with us. she thought, and wonderfully doubled, triple checked over two of our party who had allergies and was so attentive. anna is a wonderful waitress and made our whole experience a dream, thanks anna for the evening and for the incredible service. while eating was incredible, the atmosphere made a perfect mood and its carefreeness our experience 5 stars. ‘
We had a beautiful dinner at LOVER!It was SO VIBEY! I loved the ambiance of this place and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.The cocktails were gorgeous in taste and presentation. We had the feed me with dessert included $75 each) and enjoyed the share meals and main we were presented with. A bit pricey however there is quite a few dishes in the one feed me and you get dessert so it’s well worth it if you want an experience across their menu. If you don’t want desserts or as much to eat I’ll go with the smaller feed me at $55. Réservez une table maintenant
that's all! didn't expect much, as it seems like it's more a beverage spot, but oh my god, we have the "feed me" set menu and couldn't believe how delicious it was. was a few times back and the menu refreshes every time, each dish is absolutely incredible. cocktails also great and service very friendly. big date night spot
had drinks in lover on Saturday night and it was just brilliant. the food was sublime beetroot court and gnocchi were spectacular. ut had such a cool and funky vibe and the staff are the next level alana, anna, don oli were always there if necessary and so happy helpful. a great night outside
