Loverciano - Réservation de table

On the occasion of the gastronomic event we ate saddle for a cost of 55 CHF per person. The saddle was of good quality, the only flaw was the cooking which for one was almost well done and the other had a blue cooking. The Brussels sprouts were simply boiled and not braised or stewed, the spätzli on the other hand were very good, the red cabbage was also decent. It's a shame that the flagship dish of the event isn't treated better, a saddle eaten by several people is desirable to be served on a tray and not on plates, in this way saddle has only the name and should be called sirloin. The dessert was very good.

If you are already shopping at the super mall in Mendrisio, I advise you to take a break at this very special Grotto. They offer you excellent wines and their typical dish la sella di capriolo which would be translated as roe deer back. It is in the hunting period. It is very well served with a typical wine. I advise you! I will be back very soon...

Crotto Loverciano is an enchanting place immersed in the beauty of the forest, with large and welcoming outdoor spaces. The food is tasty and of good quality and the prices are average for Swiss crotti Ticino. Unfortunately, the children's play area seems to have been a little neglected, with nice games but in need of maintenance.

Lunch with friends after the walk on Monte Generoso. I highly recommend it. We were greeted by a very kind waiter and once seated the owner also stopped by to say hello (small gestures that count). Half of us tried the ribs and the others the wine and cheese risotto. All really delicious. I will definitely return. Réservez une table maintenant

I and three other friends went to this restaurant for lunch. Three of us took the saddle of Caprio Baden Baden style, very good, very tender meat and good side dishes too, the fourth took a rack of ribs, all very satisfied both for the generous portions and the quality

Excellent service and courtesy, great availability in giving vegan variations from the menu. Numerous outdoor tables and typical location. Top Every time I've been there it's always impeccable. Compliments

Grotto open all year round, very friendly and helpful staff. The tacks with chips are recommended, during the summer the outdoor terrace is a must!
