We made this reservation to go during their Miracle holiday event because we enjoyed it so much last year. It didn't have to same charm. We sat at the table for about minutes before a server showed up to take our order, in spite of many servers passing by multiple times (and taking time to set out plates and silverware on the empty table next to ours they did not seem to be understaffed). It took a very long time to get our drinks from the bar (like they didn't come until we were done with our appetizer), and when they arrived, they were in regular glasses instead of the fun holiday glasses that were featured on the special menu (and that we had gotten last year). Une fois mon fils diplômé, nous avons dîné pour 13 personnes. Cassie nous a mis dans la salle à manger privée car il faisait trop chaud pour être sur la terrasse. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents. C'était une magnifique casquette pour les événements de la journée!
Terrible service. Waited over minutes for our drinks. Never got any water. Food came before everything. Once we got the drinks they were poor quality and over priced. It was a birthday dinner for family and it was very disappointing.
Enjoyed the festive holiday cocktails and the Christmas-themed ambiance at Lucille! The El Cocavi, wood-fired pizza, was delightful and our server was excellent! Would absolutely recommend this experience to my friends and family.
