Lucille's Smokehouse -b-que

I love Lucille's, been coming here for years. The atmosphere is a fun southern kitchen/patio vibe. The food is delicious and large portions. Usually when I know I am going to Lucille's I won't eat anything else all day so that I have plenty of room to eat my fill here. The mac and cheese is delicious, but I love their apple butter. Don't skip the biscuits and apple butter!Parking: Usually plenty of parking, but the shopping center can get busy on weekends and holidays and you might have to park farther away from the restaurant.

My husband had pulled the pig with Cole Slaw and Fritten. He wasn't too enthusiastic about the pulled pig and wouldn't order again. I had the brisket with beans and macaroni and cheese. All about mine was excellent. I'd order again. The atmosphere is very friendly and on the loud side. Service is great. Our reservation was honored in time. Zach was our server and he explained everything very well. Try the ribs!

The brisket was tough, and the burnt ends were either tough or mostly fat. Both were lukewarm at most.The ribs were pretty good, just not a lot of flavor without using on of their sauces. The chicken sandwich was excellent, as was the music. In fact, the music gets them an extra star since we knew many of the Blues musicians they were playing on their system.

I was here for St Patrick's Day and the environment was awesome. I had the Garlic Crab fries and the Cajun grouper sandwich both of which were to die for. I had excellent service and food was perfect. This is must eat place when you're at Clearwater Beach!

NUMBERS Southern food! Large large glasses for iced tea, sugar biscuits honey apple butter as you wait for your meal. It has a New Orleans vibe inside. You can smell the grill when you go in. It's about the rotation of our restaurants in Henderson.
