I spent $180 on this meal and was extremely disappointed. The food arrived stone cold, and I wasn’t informed that we needed to cook it ourselves. Since our oven was broken, cooking wasn’t an option. My parents used to order this meal annually, and it always came ready to serve in a tray with salad and apples. I never expected to receive small, cold containers instead. Why would I pay three times the price only to have to cook it myself?

We went for an early Father's Day lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Our waiter took our order and only came back once after we received our meals to check in; he didn’t return after that. He didn’t ask if we wanted any drink refills. The St. Louis ribs and tri-tip were tasty, though the beef ribs had a few burnt spots. The southern braised greens were quite salty! Overall, it was a pretty average experience.
I ordered the tri-tip served with hatch chili grits and fried okra, while my husband chose the sausage and St. Louis-style ribs accompanied by loaded mashed potatoes and roasted Mexican corn. Everything was incredibly delicious! The service was great, and the draft beers were nice and cold. I highly recommend this restaurant for an outstanding meal.
DYK- Did you know Lucille's Smokehouse has Happy Hour? Haven't been here for awhile, new menu, new drinks! My experience at Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm and efficient, showing great attentiveness and dedication. The menu offered a variety of incredibly delicious dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The pork ribs tasted stale, and the beef was only average—not really impressive at all. To be honest, I’d much rather cook for myself. I'm tired of dining out and spending my hard-earned money on meals that leave me disappointed.
