We stumbled upon this restaurant because it was across the street from our hotel and the smell wafting gloriously through the air every time we came outside led us there. It has a neat southern charm atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The food was pretty tasty and they have 3 BBQ sauces on the table to use as needed. I ordered the baby back ribs lunch special and upgraded to the corn chowder as a side. My friend got pulled pork and smoked brisket lunch special with garlic mashed potatoes. They also provide biscuits with a whipped sweet seasoned butter that they call apple butter (but isn 't the traditional type). Everything was very tasty. The servers were all helpful and friendly....

I don't understand why there's a lot of ppl coming to this place when the food is terrible. The corn on the cob (trees corn) was so disgusting they boil the corn and served it soaking in water and by the way they didn't put salt in the water so yr corn was nasty the overloaded potatoes- again so horrible with so much condiments!! So salty , garlicky and with loads of onions idk what else it had. My baby bbq ribs were so dry and they had a lot of fat in them. Now the peach lemonade didn't have any lemonade but tons and tons of sugar needles I didn't eat the food nor will ever come back here again. There's nothing here for me. Everything has too much of something or nothing at all like the cor...

Great place for bbq. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. Service was great and of course the biscuits are delicious. Wait times are usually very long so call ahead or get there early. If you have a big party the family meals are a great value. We had food for multiple days after since the portions were huge. Mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese are our go to sides along with an order of the onion straws as the appetizer.Lots of seating and bar like ambiance inside.

Wait time is long mine was 45 minutes. Decided to eat at the bar and. It my wait time. Ordering and get food was a bit long. Mix drinks where not that good. The baby back ribs on the other hand where on point. If you have the time to wait it’s not a bad spot for bbq.

I ordered the family meal that feeds 12. The food was amazing ! The customer service was very good. The only issue I had was the drinks . I order a couple different margaritas and martinis but It was just to basic and simple for me !

Service was ok. I understand they can be really busy. I appreciate the work everyone does to serve a lot of people. The wait for food was a long time but it is understandable. Food was ok.Food: 4/5
