The Lucky Beaver on Stateline in Lake Tahoe is one of my favorite burger places, not just in Tahoe, but of all time. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by super friendly staff who instantly make you feel at home. The vibe is always wonderful, with great music setting the perfect atmosphere. One of the standout features is the array of TVs showcasing sports from all over the world, adding to the lively ambiance. The open kitchen design is another highlight, where you can watch the chefs grill up all the burgers right in the front window, almost in your face. Do not order the steak here; paid $65 for a new york that was tough, not cooked to temp i asked, barely even seared it, and overall bland… like they didn’t even put butter or seasoning or anything, just threw it on the grill and served. Tots were good though, so for whatever that’s worth.

The food was average, but the vibe is great. It’s very lively atmosphere. Weekends are great but there can be long queues after 9 PM.
