I absolutely adored this place! We called ahead and were told there would be a 45 min wait and we couldn 't put in a name. When we got there, again we were told a 45min wait, but it was only like 15min! Our server was absolutely amazing, so polite and helpful and on top of everything. We never had to ask for a new water pitcher and she always asked before clearing things from the table. The best part, for me though, was the gluten free options! They give the table a load of bread and some dipping oil, and I was content to not have any and separately asked our server if they had any GF buns (for like a burger). Had been reading about this place and decided to try it on a cool afternoon for lunch. What a disappointment. We walked into a dark freezing cold room . The blinds are dark,the furniture is dark and DARK carpets( only restaurants that have carpets are usually old dirty diners? . We were excited to order the French onion soup being it was windy and chilly out. My daughter has Celiac disease and we have dined here many times, great food, wonderful staff and very Celiac aware! I wanted to bring special attention to a host working there named Angel. While waiting to be seated he mentioned that he could sit us right away but the table was close to where they are making the pizzas. I was not thinking and asked him why that would matter and he pointed out the flour may bother my daughter. I was overwhelmed! They said the wait would be 45 minutes. It was 1 hour and 25 minutes. The service was extremely slow, it was loud with yellow lights and no music. On top of that, the food sucked. It came out soggy and ice cold. My kids’ chicken tenders were wrinkly and green on the inside. The water was slightly discolored and had tiny flakes of something in it. The table was sticky and not cleaned, and the floor was littered with molding, rotting chunks of food, and the carpet was damp and stained. All of the condiments were filled with water. Just water. My husband, our two teenage kids, and I always enjoy our visits to Lucky Bones. The wings are a family favorite. Every time we dine there, we are impressed by the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. However, our recent visit was exceptional. Megan, our server, went above and beyond to make our experience truly outstanding. Despite the busy Saturday night crowd, Megan made us feel like her top priority, demonstrating exceptional attentiveness, friendliness, and eagerness to please. The rest of the staff, including the diligent bus boys who promptly cleared our plates, were also fantastic. Thank you Megan and the entire team at Lucky Bones for a memorable dining experience.
