I ordered dinner over the phone and requested 3 fried rice for collection. When I got home, I realized that the order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to ask for a correction and was told they would deliver the right order but would charge extra, even though it was their mistake. After waiting for half an hour for the delivery that never arrived, I called again and was informed that they had tried to contact me, which was not true. They then demanded an additional delivery charge for their mistake. The customer service was extremely poor. I have been a customer for years but will never return.
I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and unfortunately had to send the first order of chicken chop suey back because the chicken was slimy. The replacement order I received was also slimy and the chicken balls were still doughy. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It was a waste of money and now I feel sick.
We decided to give this restaurant a try after hearing it had new owners. Unfortunately, the salt and chili chips were soggy with not enough flavor, the beef was tough, the chicken balls were doughy, and the gravy was overly salty. I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the best part was the prawn crackers, which were probably the only thing I would consider returning for in the future.
I ordered a decent amount of food tonight from this restaurant. Normally, the food is quite good, but unfortunately tonight it was awful. I ended up throwing most of it in the trash, as it was also cold. I am not sure if I will ever order from here again. The service was takeout, and the meal type was dinner. The price per person was £20-30.
