Lucky Star - Réserver une table

I placed a delivery order with Lucky Star yesterday and was very pleased with several aspects. The delivery time to rural Buckingham was impressive, and the quality, taste, and portion sizes of the dishes were excellent. They arrived steaming hot! I found it to be great value for money per dish. The service included helpful communication during the ordering process, and the delivery driver was attentive. Overall, I highly recommend Lucky Star over local pickup-only alternatives.

Food an hour late and when I phoned them the man was shouting at me saying the delivery driver was outside but no one was there. The food wasn’t up to its usual standard and the order was wrong. Such a shame because they are normally really good Vegetarian options: They got it wrong the vegetarian spring roll had chicken in it Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

Ordered at 5.40 pm told 1.5 hours for delivery, ok they are busy its a saturday night...arrived at 8.05pm .. refused order totally not acceptable food is ok but not worth 2.5 hours wait... me and my 7 year old daughter made other arrangements to eat ...considering it is a Saturday night treat for us ! lucky star have failed a local and loyal customer...

I unfortunately got food poisoning and have been sick for several days. I used to order from this place frequently, so I decided to indulge in some Chinese food. However, it seems that they've raised their prices while the quality of their food has declined. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Our delivery took a very unacceptable two and a half hours! Portion sizes very small, food cold and awful chips. Won't be using again. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10

The food is delicious and the service is great. I would recommend opting for pickup instead of waiting for delivery to avoid the risk of receiving cold food!

The food is excellent, but the young staff member struggles with taking orders. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
