This restaurant might have potential, but my experience was disappointing. I stood there for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence, even though there were no other customers in the store. Four employees walked by without saying a word, and the two older ladies behind the counter were too busy chatting about last night’s events. I'm sure my decision to leave without purchasing a $10 sandwich won’t make a significant impact, but I felt compelled to share that your service needs improvement. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of greeting and attending to customers when they enter. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, but I doubt that this will matter to you.
I?ve ordered here for a church fundraiser several times and it?s horrible every time. Won?t be ordering again. We just had Swedish meatballs and they were so salty my kids wouldn?t eat them. It tasted like they put the whole container of salt in. Thelast time I ordered Shepard?s pie, also terrible no flavor and the consistency was gross. The only thing worth eating was theCaesar salad.
Horrible. Specifically ordered a boars head chicken sandwich, definitely got ham. The older lady who made my sandwich was adiment it was chicken until I got home and the meat was pink (HAM). Wrapped the sandwich SO sloppy it was a mess! Never again. OUT
I love their deli sandwiches. Roast beef, turkey, chicken cutlets…everything I’ve ever ordered was fresh and delicious. The best part of ordering from Luigi’s is the service. Everyone behind the counter is friendly and helpful.

Today was a special day celebrating my grandfather's 80th birthday with 100 people. Let me express what a phenomenal service and how amazing the food tasted I couldn’t be any happier I truly recommend them for your next event.
We hired Luigi O'Grady's for a Celebration of Life of 75 people for my parents. The staff and the food exceeded our expectations in every way. I can't say enough good things about them but definitely worth every penny.
First time in the area and I'm glad I chose here for lunch. Had a wrap and it was very packed. Loved it. Will be coming back if I ever return to the area.
Food is great! Different options daily at the hot food bar. Staff is super friendly, highly recommended!
