Second try at this restaurant. It was worst than the previous time. We waited about 1h40 to order and to get our dinner. Total lack of communication and at the end no explanation, only a bunch of lies about this delay. When we were about to leave and try to grab dinner in another restaurant they came with some cold fried stuff. The manager is so rude and impolite. Can’t believe he got a job like that. He’s definitely not good at it. The food is like from an university “Mensa”.
Tip Top just excellent from our reservation to the welcome as warm and pleasant as the dishes that we were able to taste which transported us to Italy… I come back to the welcome and the service people will recognize themselves, nowadays that is becoming rare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful evening on the 6th with our many requests. Thank you for your humor and your dedication. We take up residence at Luigia for our dinners and birthdays
The food is amazing. I come here every week and I have never been disappointed. All of the dishes are great but the pizzas are the best part of the menu. You can feel the authenticity in their Italian products. The service is fine Sometimes could be better. It is absolutely worth coming! Best pizza around here for sure. Definitely a must do if you are an Italian food lover. One of my favorite casual restaurant to go to in Fribourg.
We decided to try this place because we love Italian kitchen and after a trip in Italy we were expecting a warm welcome and authentic dishes. Unfortunately that was not the case. The pizza we ordered was a little cold and too burned and the pasta was overcooked. The taste was good so we decided not to complain because we were hungry. The service as well, very unpersonal and cold. Globally disappointed... Réservez une table maintenant
My friend received his dish well after the others (when almost everyone had finished) as for my dish which was a sort of black angus carpacio at 29 francs per plate with three points of black truffle as the main course on the menu. When the plate arrived it was a starter size. At the time of Bella Vita it was much better!
