Luigis Pizza & Steak House

We eat here every time we come to pincher creek. We always order the lasagna and its always great!! I don 't have a complaint about the food. I honestly felt really bad for our waitress. She was the only server and it was busy when we went. She was literally running to answer the phone, take down orders, seat guests. She was very run off her feet, but she kept a smile on her face the whole time and was very friendly. Kudos to her for keeping such a positive attitude. We left her a great tip, but really she should get a raise! Unfortunately every time we have come in here, they are short staffed. I hope the manager takes really good care of the staff they have and pays them well. I am not sur...

After reading some of the reviews, even though we were hesitant, decided to try it out and we were happy with our food. Nothing fancy but tasted great. Our waitress was great but definitely run off her feet. They are very understaffed so service was a bit slow. Although, not on the waitress at all, I’d say bad management. By some of the comments from the waitress, I’d assume that’s why they’re understaffed. Hopefully they fix their staffing issues because this place has lots of potential.

Luigi's is virtually a landmark in Lethbridge, an old and venerable institution, But the emphasis now has to be on old. It is simply worn put with little value for money, mediocre to poor food, slow to inefficient service, dated decor, and management that seems more proficient in playing on a phone than responding to customers. You've had a good run, Luigi's. Time to move over and let something more efficient and chic take over.

We are on day 4 of 5 day trip from Central Alberta to Pincher Creek. This was the best meal of our trip. Thanks to the staff at Luigi’s who cooked our food and served our food. Pizza, steak, homemade veal cutlet and baked spaghetti. Each dish was delicious. Réservez une table maintenant

Painful experience today!! Crab stuffed mushrooms were watery. Calamari was ok. First pizza was burnt so they made another; took an hour. Washrooms were closed in the restaurant as well? 8:15pm

Manager says “there is one waitress and two helpers, don’t know where to put youtwo”.Why were you open??Sad sad management!Didn’t stay!! Had to give one star as couldn’t post with no stars!!

Drive all the way down from Coleman to have supper and they are closed down. For sale sign up and no longer in service. Wish I knew before I drove 30 mins lol.

We buy delivery at least once a month food is good and delivery service is great.
