Hipster trend BS! This place took one of the best restaurants on the peninsula and changed it to crap . Making it less family friendly first and for most. Sure the young NYC tourists will be happy to know one of their kind opened a place here,but I don't come to Maine to eat at restaurants that care more about their image than food and most of all service that base out of A BIG CITY. They took out the order window to add table service.... service is a stretch!! We waited 20 minutes just to get water! Then another 10 to order. 45 minutes after we ordered they came and told us the were out of shrimp, haddock, pespsi.... The lobster roll was meh at best. They dump some spice right in the middle...
I had their wild blue salad.... a well done affair with fresh blueberries, white beans, sunflower seeds on a bed of arugula and shredded red cabbage topped with large chunks of fresh lobster along with a small bowl of down home good clam chowder. I would have preferred a house dressing or better yet some vinegar and olive oil on the side rather than the packaged dressing that was served. The The local craft beer selection was great as was the ice cream flavors on the desert menu. We'll save room for the ice cream next time.
I am so disappointed that Luke’s isn’t opening until June 20. Last year we ate here 2nd week of June and loved it so much that I decided to rent a 5 bdrm house for my entire family of 11 in Wiscasset so we would be close enough to frequent several times. We loved the homemade blueberry ice cream, blueberry cobbler, crab roles, excellent lobster and everything! If for some reason the opening occurs sooner, please message me!!
Had a great meal yesterday. An untraditional shrimp roll, not fried, was really tasty. My wife had a great burger. Cooked just as ordered.... Great fries too. My wife had a Blueberry Cove, Cold River Gin and fresh muddled blueberries. I sampled a couple micro brews. Casual atmosphere. We sat at bar as it was raining. Service was great. They have a dock if you come by boat, as we did!! We will be back! Thanks!!

We really enjoyed our most recent visit to Luke's. The steamers were amazing (large, nice portion) as a starter. We then had a couple lobster rolls and fries. I really enjoy the special seasoning on the roll. The service was spot on and the VIEW is always amazing.
We stopped by for a bite during a bike ride around the peninsula. Maybe it was the fabulous weather, or maybe it was the super friendly staff, but I think they have one of the best lobster rolls I had in a long time. Recommended!
Loved the atmosphere on the deck, clean and the food was great at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and the blueberry pie was the best!
Fun 1st Saturday 2017! Awesome 1/2 priced drinks and delicious shrimp platter! Fun place!
