Terrible service. Hispanic make with slick backed hair allowed 3 people who came in after us just completely cut us off while we were waiting the whole time for our place in line. And right as we were next in line, a lady walks in , doesn't wait in the line and he asks if she has an order and assists her and charges her when we'd been waiting in line and had been next up. On top of it, while we were in the middle of ordering, disrespectfully , he had asked someone else if they had an order for pickup and was helping him when we'd been waiting and were in the middle of ordering.
Luna Grill is just ok... I used to love it and we used to order it all the time, especially because it's convenient to get to and relatively healthy for fast casual food. However, compared to other tastier Mediterranean food in the area, and with their rising prices (I realize this is everywhere but we could go to a way nicer restaurant for nearly the same price), and with how long it generally takes to get food at this location, we have stopped going.
I had an amazing experience with this luna grill The customer service was outstanding, and the food was so yummy !! I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. They went above and beyond! :
Luna Grill never disappoints and this location is one of the bests I've been to. The restaurant is always organized and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I love the chicken kabobs!!
