If you're craving a great hero sandwich, look elsewhere. I spent $22 on stale, two-day-old bread, and my order was a disaster. Perhaps it was just an off day or a mistake, but the sandwich was simply disappointing. I ordered a Broadway and paid extra for bacon, which I never received; instead, they added cheese that I specifically asked to omit. They were out of avocado, which I understand can happen, but they also completely forgot the arugula. Unless someone from the team can provide a convincing explanation in the replies, I won’t be returning.
