Additionally, the person who answered the phone had a poor attitude and lacked customer service skills. They were consistently rude when I tried to speak to someone about correcting a mistake they made with the spelling of the name. Overall, my experience was not good.
W Pan Dulce has a really friendly cashier. I absolutely love the canastas and conchas. The elotes tend to sell out by the evening, but every time I've had them, they've been delicious.
I absolutely love this place! The owner is very humble, and the bread is truly fantastic. I recommend it to everyone I know.
