The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I had a delightful meal at Giovanni Restaurant and enjoyed exploring the shop. The Johnny Cash tribute performance was fantastic! I really loved it and would definitely like to see Clive John perform again. However, the front desk staff were not as helpful as I had hoped, mentioning that the manager was too busy. We encountered some frustrating issues with our room assignment and dinner booking. On a positive note, the accessible room had wide entrance access, and my large power chair fit in without any issues. The shower in the wet room was perfectly designed as well.
