I'm not one to complain, but I'm pretty upset with the service my family got yesterday from Jason who was the outside bartender (which I made a reservation for the day before). He was very unfriendly the entire time which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. He rarely came to the table we had to go up to the bar a lot. All 14 adults were completely finished eating and 15 minutes went by without one plate being cleared. I ended up stacking all of our plates and bringing them up to the bar, which he watched me do and didn't apologize or say thank you. I went to this bar last night with my girlfriend, not bothering or talking to anyone, on our FIRST DRINK, only to have a giant African American manager (who I know, personally, is not the manager) come up behind both us and say he is not comfortable with us being there and is not comfortable serving us anymore. It was due to a regular who does not like us and didn 't want us there anymore. I didn 't know Elizabeth Oakland who doesn 't work there, and is just there everyday, can get people kicked out. Seems very odd. I have reported this business to the BBB for their practices. This issue is not only being reported to the actual manager, but to the owner as well.
I called ahead to order some Wild Rice Soup to take to a sick neighbor, but when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes while the kitchen searched for a container for the soup, and it ended up being served in a paper Pepsi cup. To make matters worse, the hostess/waitress who assisted me was rude—she didn't explain the delay, offered no words of thanks for my visit, didn't wish me a nice day, and had no smile. I won't be returning!
There's not much to highlight, as nothing really stood out as exceptional. The service was decent, but the tables are placed close together, making it difficult for the staff to move around. The food didn't impress; it was quite ordinary. There are a few gluten-free options available, but they weren't remarkable either. On the plus side, the prices here are more reasonable compared to other Mad Jack's locations.

As sports bars go, this is among my return-to selections. The menu selection is wide. Dishes are what you'd likely expect e.g., burgers, sandwiches, nachos (w various toppings), salads, beers, etc. and reliably well-executed. Good old faithful.
I was there for the NBA finals game. They had only one bartender which was not enough. I ordered the Queso Dip. The chips were stale and the dip was luke warm and did not taste good.
Ordered take out, husband had a burger, ordered fries in stead of chips, they gave him chips! Both our chips in our orders, the chips were stale, inedible.
The service was lacking, as I had to call the server over several times. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing as well.

Fried pickles were good, tacos were a very large portion almost too big but better than too small I suppose
