Horrible experience. We are going through a terrible pandemic but staff are not taking safe food measures. Today, Monday 27 around 15,35 I decided, as I doing 2 or 3 times a week because I m working very close, to have some food. I requested a cheese each plus others. The girl who served me, wearing gloves took my money and with same gloves cut my food having her left hand over my dish. After she cuts all, she took the pieces with same gloves and put in the container. This is NOT acceptable in a normal time, less now in PANDEMIC.
I enjoy Mexican food with lots of flavor. However, I had a negative experience with one of the employees today. After paying for my burrito in cash, the young man did not change his gloves before making another burrito. He also touched the display with his gloves and did not change them. The food was still delicious, but I recommend checking their food handling procedures, especially during COVID times. Thank you, see you next Wednesday at 4:45 PM.
This restaurant is fantastic with outstanding staff. The service is excellent and prompt. The staff really make the experience enjoyable. While it may be a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it. They also have outdoor seating which is nice. My only suggestion is to add more vegetarian options as I had limited choices as a vegetarian.
The food at this restaurant is of good quality and the staff is very friendly. The location is convenient, so guests have the option to grab drinks from elsewhere if they prefer (such as coffee, juice/smoothies, McDonald's beverages, etc).

The food was pretty average. I'm surprised that my homemade cheese quesadillas are actually better than theirs. The staff weren't listening carefully to their customers as if they were in a race or something.
Mad Max Chains vary in size and quality. There is little consistency (trust me I’ve been to many) and the size changes. It just does. My burrito at this chain was small and cold. Don’t go here!
for food court mexican, ready delicious and impressive. would definitely go back. but a star for coriander in the salsa. that's just unnecessary.
Ordered a regular chicken burrito. Received not much in the way of ingredients (aside from the rice and beans. Will go to Guzman next time.
