Madisons is a go-to restaurant for my family and me, and the location in Saint-Bruno never fails to impress! The restaurant is charming and offers various seating options. It's never overly crowded, so you won't have to wait long. The service is top-notch, with knowledgeable waitstaff who can recommend dishes based on your cravings. Orders arrive promptly, and the food is delicious. The ribs are a standout, but the burgers are also fantastic. The burger menu features unique combos that are sure to satisfy. Prices are reasonable for the generous portions and quality of food. I highly recommend Madisons for any occasion.
I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The burger was dry and flavorless, and the chicken tenders were tough and difficult to chew. It's disappointing because I used to go here often when I lived in Montreal, but the location in St Bruno was not up to par. I should have chosen to dine at The Keg for a more enjoyable and delicious meal.
Sitting at the bar section is a different experience. The food is the same but the waitress is really not friendly. Each time, gives us a fake smile, gives us a cold look when we are not ready to order. Customer service is important regardless of the food or product. Having to deal with a person like that just doesn’t cut it.
My wife and I were craving ribs. The restaurant appeared to have been recently renovated, giving it a nice appearance. When we looked at the menu, we realized that a rib dinner for two, including a soup, taxes, and tip, would cost us over $100. We decided to pass and left without placing an order.
