This was my first negative experience at Maggiano's Little Italy. The waiter made a highly inappropriate comment, insisting it was a joke when I expressed my offense. Despite my clear discomfort and explanation of cultural insensitivity, he continued to joke in the same manner. I was angered by his lack of respect for different cultures and disregard for my feedback. This employee's behavior tarnishes the brand's reputation, and I will not be returning for brunch again. It is disappointing that Maggiano's employs someone who damages their image.
