The food was delicious; I tried the classic Spaghetti and Meatballs, and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. I especially liked their pasta-to-go deal. The staff was attentive and made sure all our food and drink orders were correct, even with takeout.

We were a party of 7 people and it took forever to get our food! We did family style. For one example, when they did bring out refills, they only brought out one plate of 7 ravioli. Huh? We had 4 grown men with us. We asked for more and had to wait 10-15 minutes before more showed up. This happened each time. I'm guessing someone didn't show up because our server was running around. Service was very disappointing, but I still gave our server a very large tip because I was feeling generous on Black Friday. This is the first time I was disappointed in Maggiano's service. My server’s name was Taylor and she was absolutely incredible! She had such good energy and was super friendly. She recommended the butternut squash ravioli fall feature when I told her I was vegetarian. She even told the kitchen staff and the chef came out and politely asked if I was okay with him using chicken stock in the recipe. The food was delicious, the gin and tonic truly was perfect, and my experience was overall amazing!! I will definitely be coming back.
It was good, but it seems like the quality is not as good as it used to be. The cheese on top of the food seemed very salty and not as flavorful as real Italian seasonings.

The only downside was the heat; it felt like it was turned up too high during our entire visit, making it uncomfortable and hard to relax and enjoy our meal.
This place is very noisy and hard to carry on a conversation. Service is ok. Always busy as the Oakbrook location is very popular
I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions. They offer a wide selection of food.
