A true asset to Möhringen. Incredibly delicious and authentic food in a relaxed atmosphere. The beef banh mi is a flavor explosion and beautifully spicy. You can also order and pick up via Wolt. I'd be happy to go back anytime. It's just a shame they're closed in the evenings. I'm lactose intolerant, and the barista unfortunately made my coffee with regular milk, even though I specifically requested oat milk. Mistakes can happen, so I politely asked for another coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee tasted completely bad in both cases. The second time, I even had the impression that the coffee had simply been diluted with water and poured back into the cup. As it turned out later, it wasn't oat milk this time either. Such a shame. I also think the price-to-quantity ratio of the items on the menu isn't particularly good. I hate writing negative reviews, but this café really disappointed me :

At the Maibach Café, we ordered matcha with banana pudding. The banana pudding was convincing in terms of taste, with a pleasant sweetness and a creamy consistency reminiscent of homemade desserts. The matcha, on the other hand, was rather unspectacular in terms of flavor and didn't leave a particularly strong impression. In terms of value for money, the asking price of €9 for the portion size is considered excessive. Overall, a solid taste experience with clear strengths in the dessert, but without any particular recognition in the drink.

WOW – what a fantastic Vietnamese café/restaurant! The food is super fresh, the vegetables are crisp, and the flavor is absolutely spot on. I especially recommend the green papaya salad – light, aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. I happened to be here for the first time by chance and was immediately impressed. We've lived in Möhringen for a while and stumbled upon this café by chance. What more can I say? The atmosphere is simply lovely and the drinks are fresh. The homemade passion fruit iced tea is simply amazing. The banh mi was also delicious. 10 out of 10.

Unfortunately, the roll at Bahn Mi was very dry and definitely not fresh. For that price, I honestly expected more. What a pity! The service and ambiance were okay, although it does get quite loud when several people are talking at the same time.

The iced banana matcha pudding is the most delicious thing I've ever tasted. Wow! The shop is very cleanly decorated, and the dishes and drinks are delicious and visually appealing.

We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was very good. Lots of flavor, all with at least some herbs. Super fresh. Great coffee.
