Last night was my daughter's birthday and for the second year in a row we decided to do it at this place because the first time we loved it, especially the treatment and service they offered us, it's a shame that it wasn't like that last night. The hoster in charge was a very stressful person, he wouldn't even let us walk without chasing us to sing birthdays or to activate an activity. It was too frustrating not being able to enjoy the birthday just having the pressure of this man chasing us all over the place. every moment, to the point of waiting for us outside the laser attraction only to tell us that we had to pick up. If you're not planning to drink, I recommend avoiding the bar area. My child and I chose a booth, but it took me asking three different staff members before someone finally came over to take our order. After that, we had to refill our own drinks. The food was decent, and my child enjoyed themselves, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff made for a disappointing experience. It was clear that the restaurant wasn't busy at all. We were just in Lewisville because my child had an event at the Grand Theater, but I won’t be returning.
We had an incredible experience during our recent visit. Our server, Gail, was outstanding and provided us with exceptional service. I want to express my gratitude for her attentiveness and care for the customers. We will definitely be returning to this place again and again. As for vegetarian options, the spinach artichoke dip was delightful!
We attended on Halloween night. Everything from the deals to the service was great! Our server Gail was amazing, she was attentive, knowledgeable and super sweet! She for sure made our visit extra special and memorable as my kids were looking forward to trick or treating, they ended up saying going to main event was better! Réservez une table maintenant
Had our son's 8th Birthday party here and it was a blast! You have a designated attendant that makes things so much easier. She was helping with utensils, refills, game cards etc. It made things very easy and the kids enjoyed all of the games and activities! Definitely recommend.
