I can't evaluate the food because it didn't come to... But from the beginning: The restaurant is really nicely located, right on the Rhine and as the name also says with a view of Mainz. We(two people with dog have put us in a corner... Unfortunately, we were not respected. After 15 minutes we tried another table. There we were asked for only 10 minutes what we wanted. I first asked about the map... We got them relatively fast and could order... After 20 minutes, the drinks... After 1 hour, eating was still not there... On request, the statement was received: You see it's a lot going on, it's still going to take (I wouldn't say much, rather well visited, but the tables could have taken twice...
We spent a very nice evening in Mainz. Very good wines, super delicious food and then... We have tried various white wines and we have eaten in the menu as 4 tables. All dishes were very well matched and also very nice to look for the eye. And the service was also very good. Very attentive and very nice every time you visit the table. A very nice evening after a repetition scream.
We celebrated the new year 2017 there and it was quite neat. The view from the terrace to the city of Mainz is simply great. At the New Year celebration everything worked so good food was top drink service was fleeting, only maybe at midnight I would like to have a soup. The mood was so good, but the audience was usually a little older. But also we “young” had our fun.
