Les frères Chomel ont ouvert ce nouveau restaurant à l'entrée du pittoresque Martigny-Bourg. Anciens tenanciers du restaurant très réputé les Touristes à Martigny dont la réputation n'est plus à faire. Magnifique restaurant avec vue sur la cuisine, le patron est au fourneau, l'accueil au top, bar à vins, belle terrasse et épicerie fine complètent ce magnifique restaurant. Cuisine avec produits frais et viandes grillées exceptionnelles. Je recommande la côte de bœuf ! Qualité prix irréprochable. Je recommande vivement et j'y retournerai volontiers. Samuel Copt
On nous avait conseillé ce restaurant, L'accueil est correct, un de nous a pris un gaspacho il y avait du melon dedans, ça donnait un goût bizarre et un mariage pas très heureux, la carte propose plusieurs salades César, pour ma part je crois que c'est une recette précise, ou le type de salade,la sauce et les ingrédients sont précis donc ce ne sont pas des César à mon sens. Les sauces de salades sont maison et excellentes. J'ai pris un Burger qui était bon et bien servi,sel bémol une mayonnaise servie avec,complètement insipide. Le service était cordial
This once was an old delapidated building, But the Comel brothers (formerly running Les touristes restaurant in martigny), knew how to convert it in a contemporary place, with neat choices of food and great quality and choice. The terrace is also nice and competes with that of 'les trois couronnes' either of them are well placed in the old town of Martigny. For Parking a car you have to walk a few hundred meters. Check also out their large choice of local Swiss wines, which only can be found here.
Belle terrasse dans le bourg de Martigny. Un intérieur très sympa également. Une très bonne cuisine fraîcheur avec des produits locaux. Avons pris le menu du jour avec salade estivale et le vitelo tonato ainsi que la salade de chèvre chaud en plat. Des prix corrects. Un service ok. Un gros bémol cependant car ils ne proposent pas de vin blanc à la carte...seulement 2-3 crus et un rosé de la région au verre qu'on peut également prendre en bouteille...autrement une belle carte de vins rouge.... Réservez une table maintenant
we had planned to eat on the well-rated trois couronnese over the place, but it was closed, so we came here. beautiful decoration, looks modern clean. big burger, very beautiful weine, but a lingering smell of bleaching agent. I mentioned this to the waiter on a nice way, and he confirmed that they cleaned the floors with bleaching agent. No one seemed to disturb, but for me, what she gets 4 stars instead of 5. minus the bleich odour would have been an amazing discovery.
We were heading to another restaurant in the area but this one's terrace was bustling. So quick change of plan and we had a delicious lunch. Everything on the menu sounded delicious including the pasta but we went for the beef. Unfortunately I didn't have...room for the meringue for dessert but my husband and son had the crème vanille (served with caramel sauce, crème chantilly and sweet popcorn)! The inside looked very nicely redone as well. We will be back!
I ate here with 5. eating is good and the staff is friendly. especially the moelleux de chocolat was very appreciated by the children. for the main course we had a lot of directed: tagliatelle with foie gras, gemüse curry, burger and steak. with fine, but all well done and pleasant. they also have a series of very good weeping on glass, with a very large selection overall.
