I'm surprised I haven't left a review for this place yet. I've had the pleasure of enjoying this AMAZING sushi 3 different times and each time was spot on! Like seriously the best. The quality, quantity, and price is just unbeatable. I've had the 911 roll, If you like a little spicy this ones for you. I've had the Gentleman roll, a good variety of fresh fish. And finally just had the sunset roll, so enjoyable every bite. One of the things that makes this place unique outside of the shear size of the sushi is the amount of rice. It's such a thin layer that you're not getting full off of rice but the actual seafood itself. I can not recommend this place enough. If you haven't had it yet, this...

You can 't overlook this sushi spot. It 's fusion sushi. Fused with what, you might ask? I 'll tell you what: Burritos. Because that 's how gosh darn big these sushi rolls are. You only need one. Trust me. Look, if you 're expecting high grade fish and artful presentation, this ain 't really the place. If you 're looking for cheap and FILLING sushi roll, Makoto 's got you, fam. Actually, presentation isn 't so bad, and the service is great. It 's mainly take out with a couple of picnic tables outside. Remember: Sushi rolls. If you get anything else, that 's on you. Aw the owner and his wife are so sweet. they are my favorite to go to sushi crave. their food never disappoints. presentation flavor all there. The owner always has a positive attitude. I wish there were more businesses who loved and truly appreciated their customers as they do. May GOD always protect you two! 5+

Awesome Sushi hidden gem. Delicious Fish , fresh , great Service from the Owner, I just wish they opened on Sundays ! I drive all the way from Nuuanu to get my Sushi Fix on ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Uncle is one of the nicest people ever. Sushi and poke are always ono. Big portions, good quality, worth the price
