Mama Possum's On Rt. 41 Mt. Hermon

A destination drive for motorsports enthusiasts, whether motorcycle touring or a day break from VIR events or coming home from NASCAR event in the region. Worth the drive/ride and lots of back roads to explore off Rt 41 going North. Only 50 miles to/from Lover's Leap on Rt 58 and Blue Ridge Parkway, and closer to Bluegrass destination of Floyd, VA up Rt 8 off Rt 58. Everything on menu is good tastin'. Gus Hoffman

This place has become really disappointing. Hot dogs taste like rubber!!! Just not like it used to be!!! I would always put Mama Possum's first, but the quality of their food is not the same!!! Might even consider going to their competition nearby!¡! Iwill say their waitress is top notch and their tea is always great!!! Please improve!!!

First time there yesterday and planning a return trip even though I live 1.5 hours away! The service was amazing and my BLT and shake was perfect! Made to order, just for me! The only way it could be more perfect is if it was in my town!

Hamburger player was very good. Ordered wet, gravey on burger and fries, gravey was good but a bit too much on everything. Would order again with gravey on the side. Réservez une table maintenant

I hadn't been in a couple of years and the food was still on point !! It was a nice get away I traveled 1 hr and 10 minutes to get there . I'll be back.

I had the fish platter but was disappointed with the fish. The breading was as thick as the fish itself.
