Was giving peanut soup with boiled shrimp for panang curry which was very bland and watery! Asked for veggies and was given almost raw veggies (bell peppers and onions to be exact) that was just yikes! Will not stop here again! Better off trying the Thai restaurant on Halsted and Belmont! Better food and service! Service was not great at all!!!
I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai noodles to go, and I was honestly disappointed in the consistency and texture of the noodles. The noodles were thicker than advertised and very dry. If you like that kind of Pad Thai, this is great. However based on the pictures, I was expecting a smaller noodle size with sauce as the pictures displayed.
Cozy little restaurant. Food was great, albeit a bit pricey. Not a fan of the mandatory 18% tip on parties more than 5. Either pay your employees better, or let the customer decide what they want to tip. Overall excellent service. Give it a try if you haven't been here.
One of our favorite OP thai places! We love their pad thai. They often throw in freebies for paying cash or just because! Staff is always nice and quick. Réservez une table maintenant
One of my favorite thai restaiurants. Taste like it sounds, like home cooking. Just too bad it's a little far from me otherwise I'd go more often.

I only have 4 Thai restaurants I go to in Chicago and Mama Thai is one of them. Love their basil duck dish!
