I enjoyed the bowl but I watched one of the girls play with her hair make bowls play with her hair make bowls pushing her hair back over her ears making bowls I said something to the girl that had been at the register and she said she would say somethingto her she did go talk to her but the girl never changed her gloves once! I had even mentioned that it was against the Board ofHealth to do that without changing your gloves. But the girl just continued playing with her hair and making bowls playing withtheir hair and making bowls Like I said, I enjoyed the bowl I bought fortunately another girl made it). But I just can't goback there again with their flagrant disregard for health codes.
I visited this restaurant and was disappointed to discover that they don't provide high chairs for children. It appears that they primarily cater to Baylor students rather than families with kids. When I brought this issue up with the owner, she didn't apologize and instead gave me a baffled look. On a positive note, the smoothies were quite tasty. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant for families with children, as it's not very kid-friendly.
I can't believe I had never tried an açaí bowl before. It was incredibly refreshing and had a clean flavor. I ordered the Mamaka bowl, while my friend opted for a delightful coconut coffee with honey and cinnamon. It was sweet, but not overwhelmingly so; it was just perfect.
I ordered the bro bowl, which was a delightful combination of peanut butter, banana, and fresh fruit on top. It was delicious! The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, making it a perfect place for brunch or lunch. I highly recommend it.

First time here! Sadly they are closed on Sundays and there isn't one in Houston. Loved it! Had the Maui Sunrise. Delicious! Refreshing! Wish I could have it every day!
Great place for a quick bite! The decor is really nice. The service wasn't as friendly as I had hoped, but the food came out quickly.
This restaurant is always bustling for a good reason! We really enjoy making the trip downtown to get something from Mamaka!
