We, as a group of five mature ladies who are all widely travelled and superb cooks, took an early 6:30 p.m. reservation on Monday evening to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a variety of dishes dips, lamb, salad, etc. and, extra, the...saganaki because the menu indicated it was garnished with marcona almonds. Currently, marcona almonds are a culinary thing , so I was excited to introduce the ladies to this delicacy. Sadly, when the dish arrived, the cheese had been garnished with plain old dry and bitter California almonds, unpeeled, that were all left in the dish at the end. Booked a last minute reservation for Dinner and had a great experience. We had the lamb chops and horiatiki, which was fresh and delicious highly recommend! Our waiter Jamal also made us feel welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had...a nice evening.
