I used to come here all the time when I worked in this area I haven't been here in probably about three years now what a s show now I walked in it was 1:20 PM still hostile to no coffee available and the sandwich was thrown into a bag and they used to give you in a box with a side of either macaroni salad ,coleslaw or potato salad was even not asked , they don't do that anymore so I won't be coming here to the s show in the clerks were anyone I came in they were cleaning closed kind of rude there like five girls behind the counter that it took five of them to make one sandwich
I've been coming here for over a decade now, and I absolutely love it. The coffee and muffins are fantastic, and the bagels are great too—my wife adores the blueberry bagels, while my daughter is a big fan of the plain ones. As for me, I’m partial to the onion bagels, and they do them well here. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is also excellent. Plus, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Seriously unlike any other in the chain bagel store experience. Nearly nothing on the bagels while charging a premium price. There 's not enough steak on a steak, egg and cheese to feed a child let alone an adult. A smear of cream cheese?? Cold hot coffee?? Just ridiculous customer service.
The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was excellent, and the coffee was delicious as well. My only concern was the cigarette smoke inside the restaurant. It seems that an employee smokes out of sight in the back, and the smell permeates the entire place.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly courteous, and they even clean the grill of bacon fat to prepare my vegetarian egg white omelet. On top of that, the food is outstanding, and the bagels are always fresh!
Literally had two plain bagels with cream cheese and it was just short of 9 bucks. I heard of inflation but seriously give me a break. Never go back agsin so much better options in town!!!
A gem in West Caldwell, Food is fresh , sandwiches a great value..Coffee is always fresh and qute satisfying. Stay in and see for yourself. Enjoy this gem during these trying times.

Worst location by far. Definitely prefer to go to the roseland one
